We also sell a variety of Wicsonsin-themed merchandise/souvenirs.  Click here for a full list of our Wisconsin mechandise.

We travel around Wisconsin with our Wisconsin delicacies.  You can catch us at outdoor events mostly in late spring, summer, and early fall.  These outdoor events mostly consist of community events, fairs, and festivals.  You might also see us throughout the cold fall days and freezing winter days at indoor events, such as company-catered events.  If you can't wait for us at our next event, feel free to browse on over to our Food Menu page to make online purchases.  Click here for our calendar of events.

Remember, if it doesn't say "Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds", you're just eating someone else's curds.

Company History
Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds didn't officially start until the spring of 2008.  The concept started on a visit to an uncle in Albuqueque, NM.  He has a hot air balloon and takes part in a rather large hot air balloon event call the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.  On that visit with him, he took us for a tour of Albuquerque, and one of the stops was the field from which the balloon fiesta takes place.  He showed us a strip of land (3/4 mile long) and told us that that is where all of the vendors are located.  This sparked an idea that New Mexicans and the rest of the world would enjoy Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds.

Our Location

We are physically loated in West Allis, WI 53227, but do not have a permanent restaurant.  (That is in the three year plan...)  Take a look at our Schedule of Events page to see where we will be next.

Grant Park Beach

New as of 2010, find us at Grant Park Beach along the shores of Lake Michigan in the City of South Milwaukee.  Although this is a permanent structure, this is a seasonal operation.  Visit our Grant Park Beach page for additional information.

Our Booth

We operate from a tent that is 10 feet wide (frontage) by 20 feet deep.  We are adaptable--if you are providing the tent/floor space, we can squeeze into a spot 10' x 10', although we still prefer just a little bit more breathing room.  We use our own electrical box that requires a 50-amp connection—either direct-connect (hardwired) or plug-in—and use minimal water: wash, rinse, sanitize.

Our Booth Needs

Size

As mentioned above, our booth is 10 feet wide.  This is our serving area, or frontage.  Our booth is also 20 feet deep.  If you are providing the tent/floor space, we can squeeze into a 10' x 10' spot, but we still prefer just a little bit more breathing room.

Electricity

We utilize all electricity within our booth with our own electrical box.  This electrical box does use a 50-amp connection (RV-type plug or new style appliance plug) and is single-phase.  We prefer to be plugged in with a 50-amp connection, but if it is not available, we can plug in with two 30-amp plugs.  If neither the 50-amp or 30-amp plugs are available, we can be directly hard-wired into an electric source with a 50-amp fuse by use of pig-tails.  (If none of these options are available, we can resort to a lot of extension cords as long as there are electrical connections within 10 feet of our space; this method is not preferred!  We need at least six dedicated circuits.)

For a printable list of our electrical needs, please contact us.  The printable version is in the .pdf format and will be e-mailed to you.

Water

We don't need a direct connection, just access to good clean water.
